We are able to provide a complete range of accounting services for any size and type of company from a Start up with very limited activities to a large company with large amounts of data and transactions being processed daily.

The following is a list of some of our services:

a.     Bookkeeping / accounting: performing all of the accounting tasks as set forth by the Hungarian statutory regulations (data processing mainly on computer, but also manually if necessary), executing complete year-end closings (preparing all necessary documents in relation of that). Prividing advisory services about the Hungarian statutory requirements. Helping to establish the accounting system according to these requirements (chart of accounts, policies etc.)

b.         Payroll and labour-related services: consulting services in labour-related issues, complete payroll accounting (calculation of individual net salaries and contributions payable, keeping records, preparing evidences and returns, executing all necessary tasks and filings in relation to pension funds. Services for Hungarian employees as well as for expatriates.

c.         Taxation: performing all necessary tasks in the area of taxation, preparing and submitting tax returns (VAT, corporate tax, local taxes), keeping contact with the tax authorities, representing clients during cases with the tax authority, reviewing tax authority decisions etc.

d.         Reporting: preparing reports according to client’s internal regulations on a regular or ad hoc basis, preparing annual budgets, plans, feasibility studies, strategic consulting in management reporting issues, proposals for introducing and restructuring management reporting systems.

e.         Outsourcing: Providing full or part time external staff for all kinds of administration activities. Complete outsourcing of various administration processes at our or at client’s premises, using our or client’s own systems. Helping to find possible outsourcing specialists no matter which business process is to be outsourced. 

f.           Financing: preparing liquidity plans, financing concepts, consulting services in relation to funding, preparing the required documentation for the varios financing methodes (banks, authorities etc.)
